POLICY TERMS OF SERVICE

Our Policy Terms of Service,for all Guests of Diva Girlz & Adventure Boyz, to be in compliance:

All Kids Theme Parties, Mobile and In-House parties booked must leave a deposit in advance to securely hold the desired date and time. The balance must be paid in full at the end of the scheduled party time. A 20% gratuity will be added to your overall party total.

Your party will begin promptly and end at the scheduled time. If you would like extra party time, please let us know in advance so that we may accommodate your request. We understand that packing up may take time for larger parties, we offer a 15 minute grace period to clear the facility as a courtesy to our guests. Any party running over the scheduled time with be charged a full half hour ($300.00) without proration to the credit card on file.

We require a final confirmed guest count 3 days before your party date so as to allow us time to plan proper staffing and supplies. The confirmed guest count will be what we set up and schedule for, as a result, that is what you will be charged for the day of your event regardless if less guests attend or participate. Any additional children will be applied to your balance. You may pay your deposit and final payment in cash, but we must have a valid credit card on file.

Any excessive damage done to our facility or property shall be billed to the client for either replacement or repair.

Any excessive mess (at the determination of the staff) done by children or adults resulting in extra cleaning of the facility shall be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Diva Girlz & Adventure Boyz is not responsible for the clients or their guest’s personal property. It is the sole responsibility of each person entering the facility to be responsible for all belongings. Under no circumstances will DGAB take responsibility for any lost, missing or stolen property personal or otherwise.

Parents of children of the invited guest are completely responsible for the well being and behavior of their minor while on the premises of Diva Girlz & Adventure Boyz. Any child or adult during the duration of the party that is found to be destructive and/or abusive to the facility or staff will be asked to leave the premises. Any child deemed to be sick, should remain home and may be required to leave.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a deposit has been made, the deposit is non-refundable. However, your party can be rescheduled to a different date or time with 72 hours notice. (Sometimes kids get the sniffles, & and we understand). If you don’t reschedule your party, you will be charged an additional $300.00 fee.

This confirms that a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 has been charged to the credit card on file. If you need to re-schedule you may do so for another party only & must do so within 2 months maximum of the original party date booked and in the same calendar year and for the same child not a sibling.

No Alcohol is permitted inside our facility whatsoever.

For mobile parties there will be travel fees applied based on mileage.

LIABILITY

Client agrees to hold harmless The Diva Girlz LLC DBA Diva Girlz & Adventure Boyz, its owners, including employees and sub-contractors from and against any liability and all loss, cost, damages, expenses, including attorney fees, on account of claim’s for personal injury and “acts of God” (any accidents or incidents beyond a person’s control).
